It took me a long time to decide on which model. However, I was very pleased and felt like I made the correct choice for the following reasons.
1 - When I took delivery of the chair, the packaging was excellently packed.
2 - When took the parts out for assembly I noticed the lack of screws in the pack, however, when I read the instructions, I quickly noticed that everything I needed was screwed into the places I needed them to be. On that note, the instructions were clear and properly done.
3 - When doing the assembly, it didn't take me long and was easy enough to do. Although in hindsight I should have got some help with holding the back rest as that was the more fiddly part of the build.
4- Material quality. When assembling the chair, I noticed that nothing felt cheap. The mechanism that goes directly under the seat is solid and not light at all. The base where the casters go, that is of solid design. Even the casters are plastic, they are solid and don't feel cheap what so ever.
All in all, it is a great seat, the fabric doesn't make me feel too hot (At the time of writing this, it is in the summer). The inbuilt lumbar support is perfect and I don't actually need an extra cushion. I can sit down on calls without the feeling that I need to reposition myself constantly as the chair sort of moulds around your body so stubbly that it is a pleasant to sit on for extended durations whilst in meetings.
The final thing I love about this chair, is the multi directional (4D) arm rests. It is nice to have the option to move them around if the different axis as at some part of the day, I change where my arms go and depending on how long I spend on a specific task.
