Chair, Payment & Order

What are the differences between the different series chairs of boulies?

The NINJA series is a compact gaming chair, suitable for the more petite user, with thick cold-cure foam cushioning, 2D armrests, pillows, and PU casters.

The NINJA PRO series is wider than NINJA series, has a different design and much upgraded functions.

The MASTER series is designed with more "business" feel, it's a chair we designed for home/office, with premium materials and functions, you can now have a comfortable adjustable leather chair in your office or home.

The ELITE series has same features like NINJA PRO series, and it's a ergonomic chair, not just the adjustable functions, its backrest is designed to perfectly conforms to people’s spine.

What's the difference between the Normal Tilt and Multi Tilt mechanisms?

The Normal Tilt mechanism allows you to adjust the height and tension of the tilt mechanism, giving you control over the suspension of the chair when reclining backwards.

The Multi-functional Tilt mechanism has all the features of the Full Tilt mechanism, but also gives you full control over the suspension of the chair. It allows you to lock the chair at desired angles, such as tilted backwards in an upright position.

How do I know if a boulies chair will be a good fit for me?

We've designed our chairs to be as adjustable as possible, taking into consideration that people have varying weights and height. Should you have any concerns, you can check out the measurements of each chair on their detail page.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment through PayPal right now, you don't need have a PayPal account to use credit and debit cards, bank. In addition, we also accept Shop Pay, Google Wallet, Apple Pay.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for all online orders. Or you can upgrade your shipping method for an additional charge.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We can change or cancel your order once only when it has not been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Each time an item ships from our warehouse, we'll send you an email that includes the shipping carrier's name and your order's tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track the status of your package on the carrier's website. Also, you can find the shipping information in your account - order detail.

How do I use my coupon code?

Desktop / Laptop / Tablet PC :
Enter your coupon code in the “coupon code” field at the right side of checkout page and click apply.

Smartphone :
1. Click the "Show order summary" section.
2. Enter your coupon code in the “coupon code” field at the right side of checkout page and click right arrow button.

What I should do when I have placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder since the conformation email might be in junk email box. The order confirmation should be sent right away. If you haven’t received anything after 24 hours, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.

When will I get my items?

Our warehouses are located in Essex. Under normal circumstances, it will take up to 1 working day for your order to be processed and 2-5 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your location.

Warranty, Return & Refund

What is Boulies Warranty?

Our chairs are made and design to be long-term use, therefore we had Boulies Warranty.

All functionality portions of the chair are covered (besides aesthetics defects & misuse of the chair), if your chair is under warranty, all you need to do is use our contact tool or drop us an email in image or video of relevant defect to support@boulies.com.

Boulies reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

We offer returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery, without restock fees.

How do I know if my chair is under warranty?

you can check the product detail page to see how long your chair's warranty is, or you can check the warranty status in your order detail.

Install & Availability

I can’t find screws. Where are they?

All screws are preinstalled into the holes of chair aside from the 2x M6 screws which are located in the small bag with the allen keys.

A piece of my product has broken. What do I do?

Please contact us through our contact form or drop us an email at support@boulies.com with a photo of the broken part and your order number. We’ll help you there.

My chair arrived but a part/some parts of my chair were not attached like they are in the instructions.

We sometimes will change the components of our chair to improve the quality of our products. Please refer to the product details page for the specific product shape.

How can I care for my chair?

We work hard to ensure that our chairs are of high quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handle of your boulies chair. Please follow the care instructions, avoid direct sunlight and keep the chair away from heat sources. And avoid sitting bare-skinned on your chair.
