Boulies Master Neo

After buying 3 previous Cheap chairs around $150 or so..Got tired of those only lasting a year,,,I found this chair brand and after researching the product and looking at a lot of Reviews I Bit the Bullet and spent the $$$ on this chair and worth it!...So far super solid chair NO squeaks yet and the build quality is solid as hell!...Hoping this chair will last a longtime!

Back adjustment has a wide adjustment range. Only issue is that I wouldn't cover the final screws that put the hinge caps for the back adjustments. They don't come out very easily, and it's easier to disassemble if you don't have to dig the caps out with a screwdriver.

After happily using the chair for about a month one of the arm rests came off. Since there's no obvious way to put it back together I contacted customer service and included a photo of the broken part. Only a few hours later I got a reply asking for a confirmation of my shipping address. Sent that back and a few hours later I got a reply that said the replacement part was being shipped. A few days later it was on my doorstep. 2 sturdy allen bolts out and in and voila- my chair is back to perfect. Super fast and pain free interaction with customer support means the world to me. I did a ton of research for a new gaming chair before I came across the Boulies lines of chairs and boy am I glad I waited to pull the trigger! Right out of the box you can feel how quality of a product the Boulies team has here. I'm confident that this chair will stand the test of time (and possible gamer rage)! Thanks for the great chair!

So to start this review off right, I'm coming from a 2019 Secret Lab Omega purchased in late 2018. I've used that same chair since then and recently broke a vital joint (whether it be from an increase in weight gained during covid lockdowns or just normal everyday use) which left the chair unusable. It was an everyday use chair that I looked forward to being in everyday and saw lots and lots of use over the years.

Today I received my Boulies Master chair in the mail and promptly put it together (took all of 20 minutes and I was ready to go). Upon sitting in it, I immediately saw and felt a difference. While my secret lab felt the same for the most part from day one and stood the test of time (and gamer rage from time to time), the Boulies Master chair immediately felt next level. The feel of the leather is superior, the feel of the seat cushion feels superior, the feel AND functionality of the armrests is absolutely superior. The seat cushion and armrests are the stars of the show for me personally. My Secret lab chair was great but the seat cushion was way too firm for me to the point of causing pain and needed an extra cushion. However the Boulies cushion is firm, yet giving and comfortable and I feel will stand the test of time. Gone are the days of the need of a seat cushion! The armrests are next level! My Secret lab's armrests were great in the beginning but over time (not much time 6 or so months to be exact) the plastic just wore down and they became as floppy as wet noodles to the point where I custom made metal parts to fit in and keep them stable where I needed them to be. I have the utmost confidence in the Boulie's chair that it will be a non issue.
